Artistic and technical disclaimer

Imagination is real.
The worlds are not.

What this independent experimental site is, what it is not, and the limits of the browser-rendered experience.

PLEASE READ

This is a stylized interactive 3D artwork, not an official version of the original Zoomquilt or a guarantee of cinema-quality graphics on every device. Credits and permissions matter.

Independent project, not the original

Zoomquilt2.org is an independent browser-based creative experiment. It is not the official Zoomquilt or Zoomquilt 2 website, nor is it endorsed, sponsored or operated by the artists or maintainers of those original projects.

References to endless zoom art, inspiration, or related artistic techniques are descriptive. They do not imply that this site owns the original paintings, is authorized to reproduce them or has an official relationship with their creators.

Artistic environments, not real-world representations

The jungle, palace, crystal and mechanical environments in the current experience are imaginative digital spaces. They may include stylized or procedurally generated architectural forms, lights, atmospheric effects and other virtual objects. Their appearance is not intended to describe a real location, historical structure, physical process or scientific fact.

When we use concepts such as “continuous worlds” or “infinite journey,” those phrases describe the artistic experience rather than a literal infinite physical universe.

Browser rendering and performance

Rendering depends on hardware and software outside the site’s complete control, including graphics drivers, device temperature, battery settings, browser support, connection quality and third-party library availability. Visual quality, loading time, frame rate and smoothness can vary substantially.

The experience may not display as intended on certain devices. If moving camera effects cause discomfort, stop playback, close the page or use the browser’s relevant accessibility settings. The project should respect reduced-motion preferences where implemented, but visitors should not assume every animation is medically safe for everyone.

Third-party tools and information

The website may link to or load external technology such as the Three.js library from a content delivery network. Those services have their own operators, availability conditions, license terms and privacy practices.

We do not control the accuracy, continuity or security of all external websites and services linked from our pages. A link is provided for context or functionality, not as a blanket guarantee or endorsement.

Copyright and correction requests

Artwork, logos, sound, typography, source code and other materials are subject to the rights of their creators, whether or not they appear on an accessible web page. A public download does not automatically create a commercial redistribution license.

Rights holders who wish to report material on Zoomquilt2.org should email blooginga@gmail.com with the URL, identification of the material, the rights involved, the requested action and a way to contact them. We aim to review credible reports and take appropriate action, but no fixed response deadline is promised.

Accuracy and updates

Information about the project describes its intended or available features at the time of writing. Because this is an evolving art experiment, individual environments, technical approaches, file formats or interface behavior may change.

We try to explain the difference between a fully rendered scene, a visual concept and a prototype. However, descriptive content may contain mistakes or become outdated. Please report material errors so they can be reviewed.

Use at your discretion

The site is provided for creative exploration and general information. It does not offer professional advice or assurances about device compatibility, uninterrupted access or suitability for a specific purpose. To the extent allowed by law, the operator disclaims warranties not expressly provided; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Use normal browser security practices and avoid sharing sensitive personal information in emails or other voluntary submissions.
